Overview
An endless marquee that idles along, surges with scroll speed, leans into the motion with a skew and turns around when the page scrolls back up.
The track loops by exactly one copy of its content, so the seam never shows at any width. Scroll velocity comes from ScrollTrigger and bleeds off over about a second once you stop.

Yes. Anything you pass as children is repeated along the track: words, logos, cards.
02How do I stop it reacting to scroll?
Set scrollBoost to 0 and followScroll to false for a plain infinite marquee.
